Our hiring process

Four steps, roughly two to three weeks end to end. We respect your time and we move fast.

    Apply

    Send a short intro plus links to work you're proud of — code, designs, decks, anything real. No cover letters.

  2. 02

    Intro chat

    30 minutes with the hiring manager to talk about you, the role and how Avaloka actually works day to day.

  3. 03

    Work sample

    A paid take-home or live pairing session that mirrors real work on the team — never trivia or whiteboard puzzles.

  4. 04

    Team & offer

    Meet 2–3 future teammates, get a transparent offer with full comp breakdown, and a decision within a week.

Where can I work from?+

Anywhere we can legally employ you. We're fully remote-first and have optional hubs in Bengaluru and San Francisco for those who want them.

Do you sponsor visas?+

Yes, on a role-by-role basis. Tell us your situation early and we'll be upfront about what's possible for that role.

What does compensation look like?+

Competitive cash plus meaningful equity benchmarked against top-tier infra companies. We share ranges in the first conversation and never negotiate down from there.
